Accessibility Statement

Help using our websites, accessing information or applying for an opportunity in another way.

Last updated: 25 October 2026

1. Our approach

We want candidates, contractors, clients and other visitors to be able to use Azooa’s websites. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference for improving the experience.

This statement describes our approach and available assistance. It is not a claim that every page, document, embedded form or third-party service has been independently audited or certified as meeting WCAG.

2. Features you can use

Our websites include responsive layouts, text-based links, headings, labelled website controls and visible keyboard-focus styles. A Skip to content link is available when navigating from the start of a page with a keyboard.

  • Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls, and Enter to activate a link or button.
  • Use browser zoom or your device’s text and accessibility settings to adjust the view.
  • On the main website, the mobile navigation can be opened using its Menu button and closed with Escape.
  • You can read current roles without installing the careers app or creating a candidate account.

3. Embedded forms and documents

The careers application form is supplied by HubSpot. External forms, documents and linked websites may behave differently from Azooa’s own pages. If a form, file or control prevents you from applying, please contact us rather than abandoning your application.

Tell us the role title or reference, the page address, the problem and the type of help you need. You do not need to disclose a medical diagnosis to report a website problem.

4. Request an alternative way to apply

Use our contact form or call 1300 169 783 to discuss an alternative way to provide your application or receive information. Include the role reference where relevant. Let us know promptly if an application deadline is approaching; contact does not automatically extend a deadline.

The email link below opens a draft in your email app. Review and send it to contact Azooa. If it does not open, email or phone us directly.

5. Report an accessibility barrier

We welcome details about accessibility barriers so they can be reviewed. Where useful, include your browser, device and assistive technology, without including passwords or unrelated personal information. Our Feedback & Complaints page explains how to raise an unresolved concern.
