These terms apply to the Azooa Pty Ltd main website and careers portal. They explain permitted website use and the status of the information we publish. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Separate written agreements govern employment, contractor engagements, client services, confidentiality and any authority to represent a candidate. Browsing a website, making an enquiry or submitting an application does not create an employment or services contract.

You may browse opportunities, read our content and contact us for legitimate personal or business purposes. Please provide accurate information and use the contact and application features responsibly.

• Do not attempt unauthorised access to staff areas, records or systems.
• Do not upload malicious files, impersonate another person or interfere with website availability.
• Do not submit classified information, passwords or material you are not authorised to share.
• Use content only as permitted by law and respect the rights of Azooa and third-party content owners.

3. Opportunities and applications

Role information reflects the requirement at the time it is published. Requirements, dates, availability and client arrangements can change. Contact Azooa to clarify an important detail before relying on it.

A published opportunity or submitted application does not guarantee an interview, placement, security clearance, engagement or particular outcome. Any offer and its conditions must be agreed through the relevant recruitment and contracting process.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Obtain permission before sharing another person’s details, including a referee’s contact information. Authority to represent you for a particular submission is handled separately where required.

4. Content and external services

Website content and branding may be owned by Azooa or used with permission from other rights holders. Access to the website does not transfer ownership of that content. Contact us about proposed reuse beyond what the law permits.

External links and embedded services, including HubSpot forms, are operated by their respective providers. Their own terms and privacy arrangements may apply. An external link does not mean Azooa controls that service or guarantees its content.

The main website’s enquiry feature prepares a message in your email application. Review and send it there. Application forms and other external services require an internet connection.

5. Availability and your rights

We may correct or update content and make changes to website features. Websites and third-party services may be interrupted or unavailable. General website information is not tailored legal, financial or professional advice.
