Cookies & Tracking Notice

1. What these technologies do

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a browser for a website or service. Browser storage and caches can also support website features. A tracking pixel or script may send information to another service; deleting cookies alone does not necessarily prevent those requests.

This notice covers the Azooa websites and their embedded services. Exact cookies and storage can vary with the page, browser settings, your interaction and the provider’s configuration.

2. Azooa website features

The main website uses a local script for features such as its menu, capability filters and preparing an enquiry in your email application. The careers portal uses page controls to search and filter roles. These search and filter choices are not designed as a persistent advertising profile.

The installable careers app stores a basic offline page and branding assets in a cache on your device. This offline cache does not store CV uploads, application submissions or candidate profiles. Current roles and application submissions use the network.

Website delivery, security and restricted staff sign-in may also involve platform cookies or technical records supplied by the hosting or authentication service. Candidates can browse and apply without a candidate account.

3. HubSpot application forms

Application pages load HubSpot’s form scripts and an embedded form from HubSpot domains, including js.hsforms.net and forms-na1.hsforms.com. This lets the application form operate and communicate with HubSpot.

HubSpot and its delivery providers may use cookies or other technologies for form operation, security or functionality, and may support additional tracking depending on configuration. We have not added separate advertising pixels to the Azooa page code. This does not mean that embedded services make no network requests or use no cookies.

Our HubSpot candidate records are hosted in the United States. Read the Candidate Collection Notice and Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.

4. Your browser controls

You can review, restrict or clear cookies and site data using your browser’s privacy settings. Browser tracking protection may also restrict some third-party requests. Clearing site data may sign you out of staff services, remove saved site settings or clear the careers app’s offline assets.

Blocking third-party scripts or cookies can affect HubSpot forms. If a form does not work with your preferred settings, use our contact form to discuss another way to apply.

Browser privacy settings control what your device allows. This notice explains those choices; visiting this page does not apply a preference to your browser or change a service provider’s settings.

5. Separate communication choices

Reading a policy or allowing a technical cookie is not a blanket subscription to marketing messages. Email and job-alert communication choices are handled separately. Use an unsubscribe option in a message where available, or contact our team.

6. Changes and questions

We may update this notice as website features or provider arrangements change. Contact us if you want information about a particular service before you provide personal information. The service provider’s own documentation may explain additional browser technologies used by that service.
