1. Contact the Azooa team
Candidates, contractors, employees, client contacts and other visitors can raise feedback or a complaint with the Azooa Contracts team. Use our contact form, call 1300 169 783, or write to Azooa Pty Ltd, Level 8, 121 Marcus Clarke Street, Canberra ACT 2600.
Use a subject such as Feedback, Complaint, Privacy concern or Accessibility assistance so we can identify the nature of the matter. You may contact us without using a website form.
2. What to include
Share enough information for us to understand the issue and the outcome you are seeking.
- Your name and preferred contact method, if you want a response.
- A role reference, engagement or page address where relevant.
- What happened, when it happened and any steps already taken.
- The outcome or assistance you would like.
- Relevant supporting information, with unrelated personal details removed.
3. How a concern is handled
Our team will review the information, identify who is best placed to consider the matter and seek clarification where needed. We will communicate with you about the next steps and the outcome when we have a way to contact you.
Complex matters may require further information or involve another organisation, such as the client responsible for a workplace decision. Tell us if the issue is urgent or if you need an accessible way to communicate. We do not publish a fixed resolution time for every type of concern.
Please share only relevant information. We may need to involve the people necessary to understand and address the matter, so absolute confidentiality or anonymity cannot be guaranteed. You can ask us to discuss information handling before you provide sensitive details.
4. If the matter remains unresolved
Reply to the team and explain what remains unresolved, any additional information and what further review you are seeking. Making a complaint does not remove any external rights or remedies available to you.
For privacy concerns, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. For other issues, an appropriate external body will depend on the nature of the matter and your circumstances. This process does not replace an emergency service, a legal deadline or a formal workplace or contractual process.
5. Website email links
Our contact form prepares a draft in your own email application. Nothing is sent by opening the form alone. Review and send your message in your email app. If it does not open, call 1300 169 783 for assistance.
